Chef Julia Floriano


Born in Brazil, she ran her own restaurant for three years. After moving to Europe eight years ago, he worked as a private chef in the homes of renowned families. Later, he entered the hotel and restaurant sector in Porto, specializing in fine dining and creating dessert menus for 4 and 5 star hotels. He currently heads the kitchen at YOTEL Porto, where he is developing a new menu that combines flavors of Portuguese cuisine.
